Senior NPD Manager - Redefining Sustainability

They will achieve this through hiring a Senior NPD Manager, to be the middle person between customer relations and technical R&D.

As a Senior New Product Development Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding the businesses product and solutions with ownership of one of their target markets. You will oversee the development of new bespoke, innovative product solutions to customers as well as supporting the existing customers in the space. You will manage a small team of scientists and engineers and will be responsible for the development of projects from initial concept through to full scale production.

This role is full time onsite in North Cambridgeshire, but offers a competitive package with a base salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience)
