Senior MEP Project Manager

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager in Burlington, MA to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from start to finish. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with responsibilities including project management, coordination with stakeholders, site visits, and compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least 10 years of experience, and strong knowledge of MEP systems.
Position Overview

The Senior MEP Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage MEP projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, including clients and team members.
• Assist in the selection and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ Years of Engineering Experience | PE License preferred
• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in MEP construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience with Deltek or other project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
