Job Description

EcoEnclose is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive - Brand Development to lead enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves overseeing digital marketing, events, partnerships, and business development teams to enhance brand positioning in sustainable packaging. The CMGO will drive significant new business revenue and manage strategies for high-quality discovery meetings with enterprise ecommerce brands. This position is based in Louisville, OH.

EcoEnclose is seeking a Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to drive enterprise customer acquisition and new business revenue growth. The CMGO’s primary responsibility is to manage top-funnel marketing and sales strategies that result in high quality discovery meetings with enterprise ecommerce brands.
This executive will be a critical member of the leadership team, and will oversee the digital marketing, events, partnership sales, and business development teams to manage and optimize a seamless, high-performing strategy that attracts and engages enterprise leads, and sets these relationships up for success with the enterprise sales team.
Maintain and strengthen EcoEnclose’s brand and positioning in the market as the innovation and thought leader in sustainable packaging, and the go-to partner to forward thinking companies
Drive $10 million in new business in first year, and 50% new business revenue growth in each subsequent year
CGMO’s primary oversight will be top funnel - developing and overseeing the digital marketing, events, partnerships and business development team strategies to collectively bring in 1,000+ discovery meetings with enterprise ICP brands
Leverage data-driven insights to improve the marketing and sales funnel efficiency.
Ensure that all outbound, inbound, and general marketing initiatives align with the goal of setting up 1,000+ enterprise brand meetings annually.
Digital Marketing Team – This team oversees website, digital marketing, content creation, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies with the goal of driving inbound lead generation.
Events Lead - This individual manages and executes EcoEnclose-led in-person and virtual events with the goals of bringing in new enterprise relationships, nurturing existing relationships, and strengthening EcoEnclose’s brand as a sustainability and packaging thought leaders.
Partnership Sales Lead – This individual drives one-to-many lead generation, with a focus on referral partnerships, strategic partnerships and leveraging EcoEnclose’s professional network
Business Development Team – This team nurtures newly aware and interested brands to convert them into discovery calls with our sales team.
Ensures EcoEnclose is working with the right agencies and software solutions to support PPC, website development, outbound marketing, and more. Ensures clear performance metrics, division of labor, accountability, and collaboration structures for each team, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
Coordinates with Director of Sales to ensure marketing efforts are maximizing bottom funnel conversion rates.
Foster a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and high performance.
Performance Management & OKRs
Builds a predictable system that allows marketing department to accurately budget for initiatives and forecast results each quarter
Continuously analyze marketing and sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and course correction.
Provide regular reporting to the executive team on progress toward key milestones
10+ years of leadership experience and demonstrated success in B2B marketing, demand generation, and/or revenue-growth.
~ Proven track record of executing marketing and sales strategies that drive growth
~ Experience managing multi-functional teams (marketing, events, business development) in a high-growth environment.
~ Expertise in ABM/ABX, inbound marketing, paid media, content marketing, and CRM automation.
~ Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to analyze performance and optimize marketing ROI.
~ 180,000 - $240,000 base salary, up to 50% and more in additional performance bonus compensation.
