• Coordinate the technical sustainability agenda across QSE, PACS, and OU Franchise teams.

• Define and steward the OU technical sustainability strategy and commitments.

• Monitor internal and external trends related to sustainability.

• Develop carbon modeling and emission projections across key operational pillars.

• Engage with customer teams to identify partnership opportunities aligned with sustainability goals.

• Manage customer and asset partner sustainability projects and engagements.

• Articulate the full sustainability story to inspire customers and stakeholders.

• Serve as the point of contact for environmental and carbon-related reporting and initiatives.

• Drive organizational alignment on operational sustainability across various partners.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in sustainability leadership roles.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation programs and change management.

• Experience in leading diverse teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
