MMC Corporate is seeking a Senior Manager for Internal Communications in Dubai, UAE. This hybrid role involves leading regional communication initiatives, developing strategies, and managing content to engage diverse audiences. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Internal Communications team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Dubai, serving the IMEA region, and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our regional communication initiatives, collaborating closely with the Region Marketing and Communications Leader to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy that resonates with our diverse audiences. As a key member of the Marsh McLennan Internal Communications Center of Excellence, your creativity and strategic mindset will be essential in driving engagement and connection within the organization.
We will count on you to:
• Develop, manage, and lead internal communications strategies aligned with global and regional business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and audiences.
• Create high-quality, engaging content and determine the most effective channels for distribution.
• Provide oversight to country communicators within the region, ensuring local activation of global messages.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of regional communication initiatives, using insights to improve strategies.
What you need to have:
• A BA in Journalism or Communications (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in internal communications or related roles.
• Strong leadership and strategic communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed structure.
