Senior Manager - Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Infrastructure Projects to join this dynamic team in Dubai. This role is crucial in supporting global projects, leading the development and implementation of new infrastructure, and ensuring the engineering integrity of our clients existing assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee infrastructure projects, including gas transmission, pipeline (onshore and offshore), and LNG terminal design.
• Lead front-end design phases, from feasibility to FEED, and manage project execution through EPC.
• Develop technical scopes for feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and cost analysis.
• Manage internal resources, external contractors, and project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
About You:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Ocean, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in marine or offshore project design, engineering, and construction.
• Experience working in the Middle East is highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
