Job Description

Baxter International is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Responsibility and Global Philanthropy in Deerfield, IL. Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate responsibility and philanthropy strategy aligned with Baxter's mission and values.
Lead and manage all corporate responsibility and philanthropy initiatives, including community engagement, employee volunteerism, and charitable giving programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate responsible and sustainable practices into all aspects of the business.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in corporate responsibility and philanthropy, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, NGOs, and community organizations to strengthen Baxter's impact and reputation.
Monitor and report on progress and impact of corporate responsibility and philanthropy initiatives, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for responsible business practices both internally and externally.
Manage budget and resources for corporate responsibility and philanthropy initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to regional teams in implementing corporate responsibility and philanthropy initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to corporate responsibility and philanthropy.
Collaborate with communications and marketing teams to effectively communicate Baxter's corporate responsibility and philanthropy initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and pursue opportunities for collaborations and partnerships that align with Baxter's corporate responsibility and philanthropy goals.
Mentor and develop team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Represent Baxter at industry conferences, events, and speaking engagements to promote the company's corporate responsibility and philanthropy efforts.
