Our Corporate Affairs team is looking for a Senior Manager, People and Culture Communications, Corporate Affairs, to join our tech-forward, people-powered network of more than 370,000 people across 149 countries.
Corporate Affairs leads the internal and external communications strategy for PwC Australia. Our team is multidisciplinary, agile and highly-collaborative. Our deep partnerships across the firm inform our people, forge connection and drive engagement. We all have different roles, but we know some of the most satisfying wins come from rolling up your sleeves and getting on with it together.
In this role, you will:
• Develop strategy, draft bespoke communication and drive storytelling for in-person and digital forums
• Partner with People and Culture to equip our people with the information and understanding needed to thrive at PwC
• Leverage your experience designing communications and engagement strategies to support the achievement of People and Culture’s strategic goals
• Engage with and advise leaders across the People & Culture portfolio on internal communications
• Bring critical listening skills to your every engagement to enable collaboration and ensure proactive and strategic insight
• Use your strong project management skills and dedication to detail to deliver world-class outcomes
You will make an impact by:
• Engaging and advising leaders across the People & Culture portfolio on internal communications
• Connecting your work with PwC Australia’s strategy and our purpose, and always reflecting our cultural ambitions
• Driving the creation and execution of strategic internal communications campaigns that engage our people and partners through authentic storytelling that inspires action
• Exercising strong judgment and decision-making in managing sensitive issues
• Measuring and analysing the impact of your output to ensure initiatives are fit-for-purpose and serve our people and complex stakeholder groups
• Being a champion for the Corporate Affairs team and working collaboratively to drive cross-function initiatives
You are:
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team
• A strategic thinker, with the ability to lead work and deliver quality outcomes in line with role expectations
• Agile and willing to lean into new challenges
• Results oriented with strong project management skills
• Able to develop relationships quickly, influence and partner effectively with key stakeholders
• Adaptable and keen to support your colleagues, willing to ‘jump in’ where needed and share knowledge
• A professional who loves collaboration, appreciates constructive challenge and approaches work with curiosity
With a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, business, or related field.
