Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Designer position include:
• 5+ years of experience in landscape design, architecture, or related build roles, preferably with high-end residential projects
• Ability to manage full-cycle projects — 50% design/bid and 50% hands-on project oversight
• Comfortable designing by hand and flexible with design software (Aspire-compatible preferred)
• Strong background in irrigation, grading, and horticulture/arborist planning
• On-site experience with materials, pattern planning, pavers, and tree selection
• Works closely with clients, vendors, and internal construction team to ensure project success
• Comfortable in a small-town setting and willing to relocate to Sun Valley, ID
• Willing to take initiative and grow into a senior leadership position alongside a seasoned construction manager

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including equity, 50% employer paid premium healthcare coverage, dental and vision insurance, 15 days of flexible PTO to start, bonus potential, and 401(k) beginning this year. Custom packages can also be created.
