Job Description

The Senior HSE Officer position at a Confidential Company in Dubai involves conducting risk assessments, leading training programs, monitoring HSE performance, and collaborating with project managers on safety matters. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 5 years of HSE experience, and certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits for trackees' operations, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective measures.Create and lead comprehensive training programs focused on HSE best practices for all personnel involved in trackees management.Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, preparing detailed reports to drive continuous improvement strategies.Collaborate with project managers to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution for trackees.Facilitate incident investigations related to trackees, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on corrective actions.Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and stakeholders concerning trackees' HSE matters.Promote a culture of safety by engaging staff in HSE initiatives and encouraging proactive reporting of hazards.Lead emergency response drills specific to trackees management, assessing readiness and identifying areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HSE practices relevant to trackees management to enhance organizational standards. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field is essential.Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, with specific expertise in trackees or similar management environments.Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE qualifications are highly preferred.Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits with a strong understanding of compliance regulations.Proven track record of developing and delivering HSE training programs tailored to diverse audiences.Familiarity with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis methodologies.Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
