Job Description
• HSE Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies for solar projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international HSE regulations and industry standards.
• Risk Assessment & Hazard Control: Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Site Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations; prepare reports with corrective action plans.
• Training & Awareness Programs: Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and workshops to educate employees and contractors.
• Emergency Response Planning: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills.
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure HSE best practices are followed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, safety incidents, and compliance reports.
