About the Role

Our Finance team is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager in our Advisory business to join our vast community of solvers. The Finance team brings our purpose to life by providing a wide range of services aimed at standardising and improving the way we do business in the firm. Team members within F&O work alongside leadership to operationalise a number of strategic initiatives and influence key decision-makers to drive successful business outcomes.

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
• Effective financial decision making
• Supporting strategic decision making process
• Achieving better financial outcomes
• Resolving financial challenges

In our Finance team, your impact will be seen by:
• Providing weekly updates to the leadership team
• Supporting month end processes
• Preparing and managing forecast and budget process for responsible Business Units
• Acting as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive business objectives
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and priorities
• Leading strategic projects and initiatives, including change management efforts, to promote efficiency and innovation
• Analyzing business performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and operational excellence
• Providing expertise in areas such as business development, stakeholder management, and organizational design
• Mentoring and guiding junior business partners or analysts to ensure professional development and high performance
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams
• Providing key insights and strategic guidance during Leadership, Partner, and Director calls to ensure informed decision-making and alignment with business objectives
