ComfortDelGro is seeking a Senior Executive, Sustainability in Singapore to operationalize its sustainability strategy. Key responsibilities include monitoring ESG performance, preparing sustainability reports, supporting ESG ratings, coordinating initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Job Overview

The Group Sustainability Office oversees and drives ComfortDelGro's sustainability strategy and roadmap, aligned to our vision and embedded in the business strategy. We are seeking for an executive to ensure that sustainability strategy pillars and objectives are operationalised and implemented through actionable measurable plans and initiatives across the Group.

Key Job Responsibilities & Duties
• Monitoring, collating, and analysing Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) targets and performance across the Group and BUs
• Supporting the preparation of the annual Group-level Sustainability Report as required by regulations in the countries we operate in
• Supporting ESG rating exercises conducted by agencies including S&P, MSCI, CDP, Sustainalytics, etc, to ensure objective external representation
• Assisting in coordinating Group-wide sustainability initiatives, identifying and initiating prospective ESG projects, and facilitating best practices sharing across BUs
• Preparing decks, meeting minutes and scheduling appointments, coordinating closely with consultants to organise training workshops and facilitating learning journeys through visits to leading sustainability organisations
• Identifying and implementing of key regional initiatives that will help our Businesses achieve sustainability targets
• Working with BUs to develop and review sustainability targets across all ESG elements
• Working with Group Functions to communicate of our sustainability effort and focus to both internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing meeting minutes to document sustainability discussions on performance and action plans across BUs during quarterly and monthly meetings

Working Relationships
• Internal: Develop and maintain a trustworthy, respectful working relationship with the BUs Sustainability Leads and Group Office
• External: Engage with consultants to work on sustainability workshops, reporting and other ad hoc services including advice and audit
• External: Identify partners for opportunities and areas where ComfortDelGro or its BUs can collaborate with liked minded partners to further our sustainability effort and possibly grow innovative sustainable business enterprises
• External: Engage with ESG Vendor to enhance reporting capabilities through improved dashboard functionality

Education/Qualifications/Competencies
• Possesses good degree and / or exposure to sustainability development. A degree in a discipline like environmental studies, sustainability, or related fields are preferred but not necessary
• 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability related role of a professional services consultancy, medium-sized enterprise or governmental ministry/statutory board
• Possesses broad exposure to sustainability development with some deep knowledge in sustainability ESG domains, including strategies, systems and processes
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, TCFD, ISSB, etc. and ESG rating exercises will be advantageous
• Attendance of certified workshops will be preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)

• A professional who is able to manage, drive and thrive in a performance-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to listen and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Possesses good understanding of the nature of the business enterprise, the environment and the stakeholders interests and motivations
• Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and impact reporting
• Proven experience in implementing and managing sustainability projects, track and monitor performance, and in organizing activities
• Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in processing large datasets to generate insights and actionable recommendations
