We are searching for a Senior Team Lead to spearhead the expansion of our Environmental practice within the Energy sector. This role is ideal for an inspiring leader with both strategic vision and practical management experience, who can uncover opportunities in challenges and is passionate about mentoring talent and driving business success.

Your responsibilities will extend beyond project management; you will utilize your expertise in business operations, technical proficiency, client engagement, and leadership to assist energy providers in realizing sustainable projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for the Energy Environmental team, fostering clarity, trust, and accountability.
• Develop and enhance environmental services in the energy market, including renewables, transmission, and natural gas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with Energy leadership.
• Strengthen client relationships through proactive and genuine engagement.
• Ensure project delivery adheres to quality standards, schedules, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Promote collaboration across disciplines to deliver integrated and impactful solutions.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to build their confidence and capabilities.
• Create a culture of open communication, constructive feedback, and continuous learning.
• Travel as needed to support clients, visit project sites, and engage with team members across Olsson's geographical footprint.
• Align staffing and workloads to support sustainable growth and team well-being.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable steps while reinforcing Olsson's purpose-driven values.

Your Qualifications:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development.
• A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, natural resources, or related fields (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in environmental services related to the energy sector.
• 6+ years in a leadership role, developing and guiding technical teams.
• A deep understanding of environmental regulations, permitting processes, and project delivery in the energy industry.

Compensation: Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity. The pay range in Colorado is $150,000-$220,000 USD.
