Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff while ensuring compliance with all policies and government regulations.
• Lead teams in both light and heavy housekeeping tasks as well as laundry operations across various shifts.
• Conduct staff training and quality control assessments to guarantee exceptional service delivery; ensure timely project completions.
• Maintain accurate records regarding income, expenditures, supplies, and equipment, utilizing HCSG software.
• Act as the communication link between facility occupants and HCSG staff, effectively conveying directives.
• Ensure the safe use of cleaning products and safety gear while adhering to all safety policies.
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality and reliability in task completion.
• Represent HCSG in a positive and courteous manner during all interactions with team members, clients, residents, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles is preferred.
• Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate effective communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and sitting for extended periods.
• Adept at performing routine tasks consistently and efficiently.
• Comfortable working in environments with food and cleaning products.
• Capable of following oral and written instructions effectively.
• Must reside within the service area.
