### As an Environmental Engineer/Audit Program Coordinator, you will focus on the Coordination of Management System requirements to ensure conformance to ISO 14001 requirements and other Legal obligations.

###

### This role will also support developing, implementing, and continually improving Micron’s environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures to ensure personnel and plant-wide compliance with environmental regulations. In addition, you will directly support critical compliance programs across the site including, but not limited to RCRA hazardous waste, Air/Water permit compliance, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), the Spill Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan and others as assigned. You will be collaborating closely with internal and external organizations on EHS compliance issues to help propel the business forward and achieve world-class environmental performance.

### Responsibilities:
• ### Oversee Compliance and Conformance Audit program for Micron Site to ensure meeting obligations associated with ISO 14001 and Local, State Federal legal requirements.
• ### Support Environmental Management System across construction and industrial environments
• ### Provide oversight of Construction Project and General Contractors to ensure organizations’ requirements are effectively implemented
• ### Build and implement vital programs that fulfill state, federal, and local requirements
• ### Lead and collaborate with operational teams to achieve compliance and sustainability goals
• ### Prepare compliance reports, quantify environmental impacts, and participate in regulatory inspections
• ### Assist with compliance tasks associated with critical programs related to Air, Water, Stormwater General, Construction Permits, Spill control Countermeasures and Control Plan, RCRA, and solid waste
• ### Represent Micron in a professional and effective manner to both internal and external parties
• ### Respond to environmental issues and carry/answer the on-call phone when assigned

### Minimum Qualifications:
• ### Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience: Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental-related field
• ### Experience: 3+ years professional experience managing environmental compliance and ISO 14001 programs preferred.
• ### Demonstrated ability to work well with various subject areas within a complex environment or equivalent.

• ### Strong data analysis, problem solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• ### Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with team members, customers, and management.
• ### emonstrated success in managing small to medium sized projects and leading multi-functional teams
