Senior Environmental Engineer

Water, Civil, and Environmental Inc. (WCE Inc.) is looking for a Senior Environmental Engineer to join our team in Boise, Idaho. The preferred candidate will have over 8+ years of experience in the environmental consulting field, be detail-oriented and a strong technical writer, have environmental sampling experience, and be able to conduct periodic fieldwork outdoors in variable weather conditions with potentially rough terrain in remote areas requiring up to 15% overnight travel.

Qualifications:
• Independent, adaptable, and highly motivated.
• Ability to work in Boise, Idaho.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working on diverse concurrent projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prepare technical reports.
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience, preferably in the consulting industry.
• Bachelor's degree (minimum) or master’s degree (preferred) in environmental engineering, or a related field.
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification with an up-to-date 8-hour refresher or ability to obtain it before starting work.
• Experience working for/with federal or state agencies is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
