Job Description

Position : Senior Environmental Consultant / Environmental Consultant

Job Description
• Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment study, Audit, Environmental Site Assessment, Social Impact Assessment and Environmental Related Studies.
• Candidates must be familiar with Air Dispersion Modeling and Noise Modeling.
• Understand the clients' demands and conduct field and onsite visits as per requirements
• To coordinate and collaborate with the team of environmental consultants to discuss and resolve the environmental issue by ensuring compliance with the environmental laws
• To update the management regarding the progress of the project
• To prepare the necessary project documentation and prepare business presentations and proposals as per the client&aposs expectations
• To identify environmental issues and ensure that the client gets all the assistance necessary for formulation and implementation of the suggested environmental solutions
• Liaise with the authorities to obtain on time approval
• I should have knowledge and experience in air modeling and noise modeling.
• Support in business development.

Expected Skills
• Software Skill (AERMOD, SOUNDPLAN), CORMIX, MIKE - preferable
• Excellent analytical, written, presentation and communication skills
• Scientific and numerical skills
• Ability to think out of the box and suggest remedial solutions that best benefit the client to achieve his business goals
• Excellent research skills, goal-oriented, and thorough professional
• Good IT skills such as word processing with excellent use of spreadsheets and knowledge of various presentation packages
• Multi-tasking
• Should be able to prioritize work and should have a positive attitude
• Project management and business skills

Educational Requirements

Degree in chemical / environmental / petrochemical engineering.

A master&aposs degree is usually preferred.

Experiences

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Environmental Consultancy field mainly in Oil & Gas projects
