SummaryAre you ready to lead high-impact, innovative energy projects that are shaping the future? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive complex, multidisciplinary energy initiatives across the U.S. You'll manage projects involving Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Permitting, and Land Surveying in sectors such as Solar, Wind, Battery Storage, Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, and Electrical Utilities.This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for innovation and sustainability in the energy industry!ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle project execution-from initial planning and safety analysis through delivery and close-out.Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and staffing to ensure alignment with project plans.Manage project billing, client communication, and quality assurance for deliverables.Serve as Proposal Manager and key client liaison; respond to RFQs/RFPs and develop proposals.Guide, motivate, and mentor project teams across disciplines.Support business development efforts and maintain market awareness for potential opportunities.Represent the firm through active involvement in professional, business, and community organizations.RequirementsEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).10+ years of engineering and project management experience; energy sector preferred.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one.Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation and AutoCAD.Experience in client relationship management and business development is a plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication-written and verbal-with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.High attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.BenefitsHybrid Flexibility: Flexible work schedule with optional half-day Fridays.Generous PTO: Take time to recharge with paid time off.Professional Growth: Tuition assistance, structured career paths, and ongoing training.Comprehensive Coverage: 401(k) with immediate enrollment and company contributions, healthcare, company-paid life and disability insurance.Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team in a supportive and inclusive environment.
