The Opportunity:

As a result of exponential growth, we have a newly created role in our Quality & Operations team supporting Ashurst Risk Advisory. This role is the backbone of the practice and is heavily involved in ensuring we operate at the highest standard for our clients, both external and internal.

We are an interactive, fast paced team working as a trusted advisor to help the Risk Advisory partners and staff manage regulatory, professional and Ashurst requirements to ensure the quality delivery on a wide range of client projects, as well as focusing on making quality, risk management, and compliance simple and sustainable.

Your day-to-day tasks will vary but include:
• Co-ordinating our client feedback (listening) process - coordinating meetings with client representatives, partners and BD personnel who conduct meetings, pre and post meeting sessions;
• Development of best practice and knowledge (precedent) materials - such as the creation of templates, checklists and other artefacts, their ongoing maintenance and finalisation; and
• Creating, updating and editing content, and coordinating updates of our SharePoint intranet site; including coordination of our knowledge management.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
• At least 4 years' experience in a consulting, administrator or quality coordinator role, ideally within a professional services/consulting environment;
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft skills, in particular SharePoint, Microsoft Excel is critical;
• Integrity and professionalism to manage confidential and sensitive information;
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and customer service skills;
• The ability to manage projects independently with excellent organisational skills;
• Reliable, consistent work quality and commitment; and
• You're excited to work in a team that allows you to take on more responsibility, manage multiple priorities and proactively get involved in a range of work, including client interaction and business development.
