About The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated & dynamic individual to join the team at Lumea as the Senior Connections Operations Manager. LUMEA™ is a Transgrid Group brand focused on renewable energy solutions in the competitive energy market.

In your new position as the Senior Connections Operations Manager, you will provide technical, compliance, operations and maintenance assistance to customers and the Director Connection Assets to resolve issues with Lumea assets.

This entails evaluating the integration of new connection assets into the NSW transmission network, encompassing technical specifications, regulatory requirements, and compliance from initial delivery to energisation. It also involves spearheading the development of innovative technical solutions and crafting business cases tailored to customer needs.

This is the perfect role for someone who is highly technical and understands the need for the right technical solution for our customers ensuring the best commercial outcome for the customer and our business.

Skills & Experience
• Degree in Engineering or related tertiary qualifications and extensive industry knowledge and experience

The Value You Will Bring To The Team
• Experienced in transmission, distribution or electricity generation industries
• Demonstrated commercial, contract and customer skills and experience
• Extensive experience in operations and maintenance as well as lifecycle management
• Familiarity with the NER, NEM, AEMO and AEMC requirements and functions
• Ability to collaborate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to project manage customer requirements and requests
