Our client is a successful business providing engineering, construction and commissioning services to the mineral processing industry. They offer services across the project lifecycle from feasibility studies; through engineering and design; to self-performed fabrication, construction and commissioning.

The role

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive site experience and a solid background in structural processing equipment.

The below bullet points are your duties but not limited to;
• Design and analyze structural components and systems related to processing equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure project specifications are met.
• Provide site support and oversight during the installation and maintenance of structural systems.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and calculations.

What you'll need to succeed
• Perth-based and ideally Australian citizen, permanent resident or valid working rights holder
• Proven site experience in civil/structural engineering is essential.
• Familiarity with structural processing equipment is a must.
• Previous experience in mining is preferred, particularly with gold projects, but candidates from other mineral backgrounds are welcome.
• Candidates from oil and gas industries will not be considered.
