Your Role

We rely on data-driven decision-making to optimise all operational processes, from energy assessments to securing subsidies and managing renovations. This role is crucial for generating insights from extensive building data and scaling our business intelligence infrastructure. The focus is on automating and analysing data within our ESG and asset management platform, providing strategic recommendations to improve efficiency and optimise returns.

Your Responsibilities
• Develop KPI dashboards and reports in collaboration with the operations team to drive data-based decisions and deliver strategic insights.
• Conduct complex ad hoc analyses and systematic reports on the performance of energy renovations and other building data.
• Identify data trends and patterns to optimise operational and strategic actions.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular checks and improvements.
• Automate recurring analyses and reports to increase efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Support management in crafting data-driven strategies and actionable recommendations.
