About the ROLE

In this role, you will work with clients in the Energy, Utilities (Gas, Power, and Water), and local government sectors, leveraging your expertise to advise on industry challenges and trends such as the transition to renewable energy, managing distributed energy resources, and digitizing utilities.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading consulting engagements in Strategy, Organisation Design, Business Modelling, Scenario Modelling, Process Modelling, Business Change, Customer Service Strategy, Financial Consulting, Operational Excellence, Performance Management, and Continuous Improvement.
• Developing new offerings within the Transformation Business Unit.
• Collaborating with Business Development teams to secure new business opportunities
• Meeting KPIs for project delivery, customer satisfaction, new offerings development, and revenue generation.
• Managing teams, developing offerings, and planning for capability building.
• Establishing thought leadership and strengthening Enzen’s reputation in the Consulting, Energy, and Utilities sectors.
• Delivering Transformation Services to customers while meeting all contractual obligations.

About YOU
• 6-10 years of extensive consulting experience in Energy & Utilities Industry (Electricity, Water and Gas)
• Experience as a Senior Consultant, delivering KPIs in growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to engage with senior-level management on complex consulting projects.

Desirable Experience & Attributes
• Innovation and creativity to initiate and drive business growth.
• UK market experience is highly desirable.
