Job Description
We are currently seeking a Senior BIM Manager to work with a confidential client. You will be responsible for collaborating with our BIM team to help maintain accurate and current Revit models and/or CAD for one of the top technology companies in the world. Your responsibilities will include incorporating information from past, current and ongoing projects into as-maintained models. Additionally, you will be the single point of contact at a site level for reviewing, approving, managing, and maintaining all BIM content. This role will require the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of people.

You bring to the team:
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• 8+ years in Revit/BIM software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work well within a team
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement
