Senior Analyst Project Services

Masdar is seeking a Senior Analyst Project Services in Abu Dhabi, responsible for providing business support to the Project Management Office. Key duties include data analysis, preparing strategic documents, establishing reports, and ensuring compliance with project standards. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant analytical experience, with strong skills in Power BI and Excel. This is a full-time position and not remote.
As the Senior Analyst youwill provide business support to the Project ManagementOffice encompassing planning support financial planning supportproject management process and tools under portfolio reporting inorder to support with the effective completion of dailyactivities.

Responsibilities not limitedto;
• Perform analysis on data andresearch findings and present analytical report to management inorder to support projects and decision makingprocess.
• Prepare strategic documents andrelated research to support the teamsactivities.
• Establish reports for the for theleadership based on research outcomes and businessintelligence.
• Develop key submissions withrelevant team members in line with relevant processes andprocedures.
• Plan review and report on monthlyperformance against projects budget and businessplans.
• Apply consistent commercialapproaches/discipline and standardized contractual forms acrossprojects contracts and associated tendering processes in line withrelevant policies processes andprocedures.
• Contribute to ensuring thatstandards approaches and commercial documents are in place forprojects.

Qualifications:

PreferredQualification
• Bachelorsdegree in Management Engineering Finance or IT discipline orrelatedfield.

Preferred Experience
• Aminimum of 5 years in an Analyst role focusing on reporting andmanaging senior stakeholders.
• Extensiveexperience in Power BI and all relevant BItools.
• An Excel guru who is keen to take onsome exciting challenges and is in their growing journey to moveinto a Senior Analystrole.
