Senior Analyst (Climate Change and Sustainability)

IPE Global is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Climate Change and Sustainability Practice in New Delhi. The role involves business development, proposal writing, team management, and program management for impactful projects in India, South Asia, and Africa. The candidate will collaborate with a team of professionals and engage with various institutions and organizations. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
We are looking to recruit a Business Development Senior Analyst who will manage and expand the exciting work undertaken by the Climate Change and Sustainability (CCS) Practice of IPE Global in India, South Asia and Africa. She/he will primarily be responsible for Business Development, which includes gaining early business insights and leading proposal writing upon win, setting up teams for implementation, and then taking on programme management functions to deliver the programme/project successfully. The Climate Change and Sustainability practice at IPE Global have substantial experience delivering multiyear and high-impact programmes. These programmes are supported by leading donors and foundations and are implemented in partnership with coveted research institutions, civil society organizations, and public institutions. The Senior Analyst will work with a team of high-performing professionals and will be involved in cross-collaboration with other practices.
