Senior Air Quality Environmental Scientist - Industrial Market

As a Senior Air Quality Environmental Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in preparing environmental permits, conducting regulatory analyses, writing technical reports, and managing air quality compliance projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead air permitting projects, directing a team of junior staff while ensuring project scope and timelines are met.
• Mentor and supervise a team of up to 5 mid-level and junior scientists/engineers.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand environmental project opportunities for the team.

Your Qualifications:
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of expertise in air quality projects, including permitting, modeling, and monitoring in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
• In-depth knowledge of air emission methodologies, air dispersion modeling, and relevant EPA regulations (PSD, Title V, NSPS, NESHAP).
• Familiarity with state and federal air regulations and procedures.
• Proven experience in direct client engagement and project representation.
• Ability to effectively manage projects and mentor junior staff.
