What You'll DO
• Prepare monthly payroll accounting entries along with the payroll reconciliation through collaboration with the Payroll team
• Maintain monthly lease accounting including preparing monthly lease accounting entries and adjustments, new lease recognition and lease termination, monthly/quarterly lease reconciliation, etc., along with cross-collaborate with real estate team on lease maintenance
• Prepare monthly accounting entries and maintain monthly debt schedules as well as coordinate with partnership strategy teams on debt payments
• Responsible for day-to-day management of treasury responsibilities including weekly cash reports, bank account maintenance including opening and closing accounts as well as user maintenance, deposit sliporders, etc.
• Prepare and assist in external audit support and requests
• Perform special ad-hoc projects in Accounting/Finance as requested

Qualifications
• BS in Accounting/Finance, CPA license preferred
• 4+ years in Accounting, including public accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong accounting research and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Microsoft with a strong emphasis on Excel is a must; NetSuite ERP experience is preferred
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a larger functional team
