Position Requirements
• Position requires a minimum of 7 years of project cost accounting and financial reporting experience, including full responsibility of financial statement preparation and in-depth analysis and tax experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong computer skills in Excel, Power Point, and SQL. Knowledge of BST Global Accounting Software and Crystal Reports a plus.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, independent worker is a must. Strong verbal and written communications skills

Position Responsibilities
• Duties of this position include the following primary functions:
• Create and post monthly general journal entries into accounting software
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedule
• Download monthly financial data and generate financial statements
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account analysis
• Prepare tax returns, sales, local, business licenses.
• Assist with corporate federal and state tax returns
• Point of contact for audits – tax and insurance
• Assist with annual budget process
