Conduct research and development of new and existing seed products to ensure they meet the company's standards for sustainability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute field trials and collect data to evaluate product performance.
Provide technical expertise and support to sales and marketing teams, as well as customers, to promote and educate them on the benefits of our seed products.
Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and industry experts.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in agronomy and seed production, and integrate new technologies and practices into our products and processes.
Develop and implement training programs for internal teams and external partners to ensure a thorough understanding of our seed products and their benefits.
Conduct field visits and assessments to troubleshoot and provide solutions to any crop-related issues.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations based on research findings and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to agriculture and seed production.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategy and goals for sustainable agriculture.
Continuously strive to improve product quality, efficiency, and sustainability through innovation and continuous learning.
