Highline Nursery is seeking candidates to join our team for the 2025 growing season.

You will have a hands-on role working with vegetative stage plants in a greenhouse production setting. The ideal candidate for this position enjoys working in a greenhouse, possesses a strong work ethic, communicates well, and is enthusiastic about training in a variety of skills related to cloning and plant care.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities will vary by department and may include but are not limited to:

● Taking clone cuttings from mother plants
● Shaping and de-leafing mother plants
● Plugging, doming, and organizing clone trays
● Performing quality control check on clones by examining roots and foliage
● Sorting clones for orders and preparing for shipment
● Transplanting and organizing mother plants
● Caring for mother plants and/or clones (watering, inspections, drenches)
● Spray applications
● Performing IPM tasks and conducting plant inspections
● Each role is expected to maintain a clean work station and work tools while following all sanitation protocols
● PPE is provided and required

Skills & Qualifications

● Must be 21 years of age or older

● Able to lift up to 25 lbs

● Capable of working in a warm, humid environment

● Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures

● Positive attitude and willingness to train in multiple areas of focus

● No previous experience is required, but cannabis experience is a plus.

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour

● 5x8 Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
● 4x10 Monday-Thursday/Tuesday-Friday 7am-5pm
