Description
The Crew Leader will manage and supervise conservation crews consisting of four young adults, aged 19 and up, over the course of an 8-week session. Although schedules may vary, most crews will undertake project work from Monday to Friday. On weekends, crews will participate in resupply activities, recreational events, and maintain their campsite. Field staff will be responsible for executing hands-on conservation projects while ensuring a structured camp experience. Crew Leaders must embody both compassion and patience, guiding participants in a challenging work and social environment.

Education Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Certifications in Wilderness First Aid or higher, and CPR.
Experience Requirements
• Previous leadership experience in outdoor or youth programs.
• Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
