Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO / Google Analyst to join our organization. This role is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies and leveraging Google tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager) to drive web traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to improve rankings and drive targeted traffic.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for site performance, crawlability, and indexation issues.
• Monitor and analyses site performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for SEO best practices.
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking for various campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, SEO trends, and Google updates.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Analytics Certification
• Google Ads or Search Ads Certification
• SEO Specialization
