Perfect Day is seeking a Scientist I - Assay in Bengaluru, India. Responsibilities include conducting laboratory research, writing SOPs, and understanding assay techniques like ELISA and RT-PCR. Responsibilities:
• Literature survey, reading and understanding protocols
• Writing SOPs
• Aware of principle and working of techniques like ELISA, Native-PAGE, SDS-PAGE, RT-PCR, Protein estimation techniques
• Executes laboratory research.
• Maintains broad knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.
• Contribute to new concepts and ideas and extend intellectual understanding.
• Read and understand new strategies for Assay Development for biomolecules.
• Working towards on-line, real time assessment of production of the product.
• Produce reproducible results.Qualification:
• Requires Masters in life sciences (M. Tech/ M.Sc.) with a minimum of 0 to 2 years related experience.
• Basic knowledge on the scientific principles of various assays and statistical analysis.
