SAP is seeking an SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) for Operations/Office Support in Berlin, Germany, within their Sustainability Innovation team. This paid internship offers university students the chance to support international teams in enhancing sustainability solutions. Interns will engage in a collaborative environment, gain cross-functional skills, and receive mentorship. The position is temporary for 6 months, starting July 2025, and requires initiative and a passion for innovative projects.

About the team:

The Sustainability Innovation team, located in SAP’s Sustainability growth unit, is mandated to support the digital sustainability transformation of SAP customers. This is achieved through the E2E orchestration of ecosystem innovation, government/academic funded projects, and accelerated organic innovation incubation with a holistic focus on sustainability. The SAP Sustainability Innovation team is present in multiple locations around the globe and works closely with product teams and stakeholders across the internal and external value chain to orchestrate innovation.

What you’ll do:

Expected start date: July, 2025

In this role, you’ll:

As a temporary Operations & Office Support (6 months), you will work closely with our team lead and specific team members to ensure smooth operations and improve existing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to support an international team which builds the future sustainability solutions for SAP.

You will get onboarding and comprehensive support from your predecessor for a long duration additionally a weekly check-in for HR related topics.

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
