Salesforce Consultant

Climate Collective is seeking a motivated Salesforce Consultant to design and architect a climate tech startup ecosystem platform using Salesforce products. The role involves developing integration strategies, providing technical guidance, creating deployment roadmaps, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Ideal candidates should have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and excellent communication skills. This position is part-time and based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

At CCF, we are building the climate tech startup ecosystem platform. We are looking for motivated Salesforce Consultant to join our team. This innovative platform will integrate Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Cloud, Slack, Tableau, Agent


force, and other Salesforce products to deliver a seamless, data-driven user experience. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Tech Consultant with deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem to design and architect our solution


before deployment begins. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, climate tech, startup innovation, and ecosystem building, and to shape the future of climate tech entrepreneurship.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architectural
Design:


Design
a robust, scalable, and secure architecture leveraging Salesforce CRM,
Salesforce Cloud, Slack, Tableau, AgentForce, and related Salesforce products.


Develop
integration strategies for seamless data flow between different Salesforce
modules and third-party applications.


Technical
Strategy & Consulting:


Provide
expert guidance on best practices for platform design, data management,
security, and scalability within the Salesforce ecosystem.


Advise
on custom development requirements and recommend solutions that align with
business needs and technical feasibility.


Understand
requirement from internal team, and communicate same to external vendors for
platform development.
Implementation
Roadmap


Collaborate
with internal stakeholders, product teams, and external partners to create a
detailed roadmap for the platform deployment.


Define
technical milestones, resource requirements, and timelines for the initial
phase and beyond.


Act
as bridge between CCF team and external vendor for overall implementation.


Risk
& Compliance Management:


Identify
potential technical challenges and propose mitigation strategies.


Ensure
that all architectural solutions comply with relevant security, data privacy,
and regulatory standards.


Collaborate with internal
teams and guide them on Salesforce best practices and the latest trends in the
Salesforce ecosystem.
RequirementsKEY
COMPETENCIES
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform
architecture, integration patterns, and data security best practices.


Proven track record in designing scalable,
enterprise-level solutions on Salesforce.

written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
