Our World Energy is seeking a Sales Welcome Call Specialist to conduct welcome and compliance calls for new clients in Mexico City. This independent contractor role offers a fully remote setup, focusing on customer onboarding, data management, and compliance. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, and the ability to manage flexible schedules. Weekly pay is provided.

Job Summary:

You will be a Sales Welcome Call Specialist, welcoming new clients and conducting welcome and compliance calls to verify customer details and agreements. You will support new customers by answering their questions, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Work Setup:
• This is an independent contractor role.
• Full remote setup – work from anywhere.
• No statutory benefits provided as per contractor agreement.
• Weekly pay cycle.

Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome and Compliance Calls: Conduct scripted welcome calls for new customers and compliance calls to verify homeowner and financier details.
• Data and Documentation Management: Complete CRM updates, and maintain accurate client records, checklists, and confirmations.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange site surveys by coordinating with the site survey team and ensure timely email communications regarding the survey schedule.
• Communication and Follow-up: Handle high volumes of email correspondence to confirm survey appointments and address customer queries.
• Adherence to Compliance Standards: Follow company protocols strictly to maintain compliance during all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Friendly and effective communication skills to foster positive client interactions. Spanish bilingual - ability to communicate effectively both in Spanish and English language.
• Scheduling Experience: Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow a script accurately and ensure all compliance questions are asked thoroughly.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing rotating shifts, including PM and weekend hours, as part of a flexible schedule.

Measures of Success:
• Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a 97% positive feedback rate within 30 days.
• Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain adherence to attendance policies, with immediate action on no-call/no-shows.
• Service Level Agreement (SLA): Complete outreach within 2 minutes for each welcome call readiness.

Pay: MXN 17,550
