Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

We are a growing renewable energy company specializing in the supply and installation of solar panels, inverters, IPS, UPS, and batteries. We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Representatives to promote and sell our solar products across different regions of Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients for solar products (solar panel, inverter, IPS, UPS, battery, Solar Fan).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, engineers and solar installers.
• Provide product demonstrations and tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Visit the market regularly and monitor competitor activity.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate product delivery and ensure payment collection in a timely manner.

Educational Requirements
• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors
• Skills Required: Customer Relation, Sales & Marketing, Dealer Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements
• Must be target-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, mobile apps for reporting)
• Willing to travel frequently across assigned regions.
