This hybrid role involves developing a collection network for used solar modules, overseeing logistics, and executing marketing strategies. SUMMARY Hanwha Qcells Ecorecycle Inc. (EcoRecycle by Qcells) , headquartered in White, Georgia, is a specialized subsidiary of Hanwha Qcells dedicated to developing and operating sustainable end-of-life (EOL) solutions for solar photovoltaic (PV) modules and other clean energy equipment. EcoRecycle by Qcells provides recycling and material recovery services that enable responsible lifecycle management for solar products across North America. Strategically located adjacent to Qcells' state-of-the-art module manufacturing facilities in Georgia, EcoRecycle by Qcells plays a central role in building a closed-loop, U.S.-based solar supply chain from raw material sourcing and production to end-of-life recovery and reuse. As part of the Hanwha Group, a FORTUNE Global 500 company and one of South Korea's top business conglomerates, EcoRecycle by Qcells supports Hanwha's long-term sustainability vision: to advance a circular clean energy economy through innovation, transparency, and environmental stewardship. The PV Module Recycle Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and securing the collection network for used and wasted solar modules within the PV module sales value chain. In addition, the role will oversee the logistics setup, ensuring efficient collection, transportation, and delivery of end-of-life panels to Qcells recycling facilities or partners. This position reports to the VP of PV Recycle Business or another senior management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is hybrid-based and will report to both the Cartersville, GA office and Seoul, South Korea office. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm. This position may be required to travel up to 50% of the time. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute national sales and marketing strategies for PV module and component recycling services. Identify, target, and secure new business partnerships with solar developers, EPCs, utilities, OEMs, and asset owners. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations that align with customer sustainability and compliance goals. Manage customer accounts, maintain CRM databases, and produce regular business development reports. Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Logistics teams to align service offerings with recycling capacity and technology performance. Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to develop campaigns, success stories, and educational materials Engage with other Hanwha affiliates to create synergies across the broader Qcells U.S. supply chain. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development within recycling, renewable energy, or waste management sectors. Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing client relationships for industrial services. Strong understanding of PV module composition, recycling processes, and circular economy frameworks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the United States. Korean bilingual skills (preferred).
