Job Description
Tomra is seeking a Sales Manager for Waste Recycling in Italy. The role involves collaborating with the Country Manager to implement sales strategies in Southern Italy, managing sales budgets, and overseeing waste recycling projects. Candidates should have a relevant degree and over 5 years of experience in the waste recycling industry, with strong commercial skills and a proven sales record. This is a full-time position.

Your Role
Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Country Manager Italy to implement a systematic sales management approach focused on the South of Italy.
• Plan and execute sales activities, with the ability to support sales activities outside Italy as needed.
• Be responsible for the area of waste recycling and sorting, with typical investment levels ranging from EUR 200,000 to EUR 1,500,000 per order.
• Ensure the effective internal organization of processes and structures.
• Manage the area sales budget.
Qualifications
• Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable technical background
• 5+ years' experience in the waste recycling or waste processing industry
• Experience in selling large capital equipment or long project sales cycles, or experience with sales of technical equipment in the recycling industry, including managing key account customers
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong commercial skills, with a customer-focused, result-driven, and entrepreneurial approach
• Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, excellent listening and communication skills, and an analytical approach
