Bila Solar, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the Solar PV Industry. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and developing strategies. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, with a requirement for frequent travel to customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and acquire new customers in the solar PV inverter sector.
• Manage and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Develop and execute business and product strategies with customers.
• Visit customers to secure deals, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.
• Utilize technical knowledge to build customer confidence and provide solutions.
• Gather market intelligence and implement response strategies.
• Manage channel policies, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance.
• Frequently travel to customer locations and represent the company at trade events.

Qualifications:
• Proven business development and sales track record, especially in the Solar PV industry.
• Strong network in renewable energy, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with solar products in the photovoltaic industry.
• Willingness to travel.
