MPOWER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager for its Solar Division. The role involves driving solar energy solutions sales to residential, commercial, and industrial clients, managing a team, and developing strategic sales plans. Candidates should have 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar industry, strong communication skills, and a relevant degree. The position is full-time and requires in-person work in India.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager - Solar Division to drive our solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a strong understanding of solar technology, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for solar product sales.
• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Manage and mentor a team of solar sales executives.
• Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and presentations to educate customers about solar energy solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of solar technology, products, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
• Technical background or certification in solar energy systems.
• Experience in managing government tenders and large-scale projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
