Role Summary

The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will spearhead the technical design and deployment of commercial and utility-scale BESS projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Design and Implementation:
• Lead the technical design, specification, and deployment of BESS solutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and clients to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Regulatory and Compliance:
• Oversee certification processes for BESS solutions, including residential battery systems for Clean Energy Council approval.
• Ensure all installations adhere to Australian safety and environmental standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with government and private enterprises to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during client meetings and project discussions.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the GM and other team members to align technical and business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in BESS design and implementation.
• Knowledge of Australian energy standards and certification processes.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
