Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp and persuasive Sales Manager with deep connects in the HNI/UHNI network. Your core responsibility will be to onboard high-value investors into our solar asset opportunities by showcasing long-term returns, tax advantages, and climate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, connect, and pitch to HNI and UHNI prospects
• Understand client financial goals and align with suitable solar investment plans
• Build trust-driven, long-term relationships with investors
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and documentation process
• Conduct investor presentations, webinars, and 1:1 sessions
• Collaborate with the investment and technical teams for seamless execution
• Meet monthly fundraising targets and expand investor network
Requirements:
• 4–8 years in wealth management, investment sales, or private banking
• Strong network among HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, or NRI investors
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship skills
• Experience in selling investment products or real assets is a plus
• Passionate about sustainability and clean energy is a bonus
