Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Solar EPC to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in solar EPC sales, with strong knowledge of the UAE renewable energy market. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the solar EPC segment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, industrial, and government clients.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for solar EPC projects.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate project proposals and execution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
• Participate in tenders, bids, and negotiations for solar EPC projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Solar EPC sales (preferably in UAE/GCC market).
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, EPC project lifecycle, and energy solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in renewable energy projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network within commercial and industrial energy sector in UAE.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working with solar EPC contractors or renewable energy companies.
• Experience handling large-scale commercial or industrial solar projects.
