DAVRON, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for Commercial/Industrial Solar Module Sales in a fully remote position. The role involves driving growth in Texas and Central U.S. solar markets, requiring over 10 years of solar sales experience and a strong network. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The position offers a salary of $160,000 - $180,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Manager – Commercial/Industrial Solar Module Sales position include:
• 10+ years of solar industry sales experience, especially in commercial segments
• Proven track record in megawatt-level commercial project sales and bid wins
• Strong existing network with EPCs and developers
• Ability to lead and develop sales strategies, including KPIs and monthly sales goals
• Drive consistent sales of 5MW/month or more of solar panel products
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and utility developers
• Regular reporting of sales activities and customer interactions
• Sales focus primarily in Texas and Central U.S., with potential to expand to other regions

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
