Sales Events Coordinator

Cape Town, South Africa | Full-time

We are looking for a Sales Events Coordinator to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa, where they will be working on the following tasks:

Main Responsibilities
• Creating and updating sales materials like brochures, flyers, banners.
• Sales mailings and social media activities
• Coordinate and deliver customer-facing sales events
• Analyse and compile customer survey feedback
• Assist with targeted sales campaigns
• Support local sales initiatives
• Management of external resources / printers / collateral providers / collateral inventory

Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge
• Tertiary qualification in Events Management
• Minimum 2 years’ industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Familiarity CRM Tools (SAP and Dynamics) is advantageous

COMPETENCIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

• Accountability and eagerness to learn
• Able to work 40 hours per week

LANGUAGES
• Fluency in English
