Job Description / Responsibility

• Alongside our solar EPC services, we have developed Radiant IQ, a next-generation solar monitoring and analytics platform that enables businesses to maximize solar performance, reduce downtime, and improve energy intelligence.
• As we expand our footprint in Bangladesh, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can combine technical understanding of solar systems with strong commercial acumen to drive adoption of both solar EPC solutions and Radiant IQ SaaS platform.

Role Overview
• The Sales Engineer will play a techno-commercial role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities in:
• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Projects
• Solar Monitoring & Analytics (Radiant IQ SaaS Platform)
• The candidate must be comfortable engaging with factory owners, energy managers, EPC contractors, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
• Identify and develop solar EPC opportunities in the commercial and industrial sector
• Generate leads from factories, industrial zones, commercial buildings, and logistics facilities
• Build a sales pipeline for solar installations and monitoring software

Radiant IQ SaaS Sales
• Demonstrate the Radiant IQ platform to potential customers
• Sell solar performance monitoring, analytics, and asset management software
• Convert existing solar plant owners into Radiant IQ subscribers

Technical Sales Support
• Conduct preliminary solar feasibility discussions with customers
• Work with engineering teams on system sizing and proposals
• Preparation of technical-commercial proposals

Client Relationship Management
• Maintain relationships with industrial clients, EPC contractors, and solar installers
• Support negotiation and contract closure

Market Intelligence
• Track solar market trends, incentives, and competitor offerings in Bangladesh
• Identify opportunities for large-scale rooftop solar adoption

Educational Requirements
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Required Qualifications
• 3-6 years experience in solar EPC, energy solutions, or technical B2B sales
• Experience in industrial or commercial solar projects preferred
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and performance monitoring

Preferred Skills
• Experience with solar monitoring platforms/SCADA / IoT energy systems
• Familiarity with Bangladesh solar policies and net metering regulations
• Strong presentation and proposal preparation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical decision makers
