HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Sales Director for the DACH region, responsible for developing new markets and driving sales growth. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the energy storage industry. Candidates should have over 6 years of sales experience, a good network in the sector, and be proficient in German and English. This is a remote position based in Germany or the DACH region.

We are currently looking for a Sales Director - DACH (m/f/x) . The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers and who can drive new business opportunities.

This is a remote position within Germany or the broader DACH region.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing new markets and customers in the European Union and the UK and driving sales growth of the company's products or services.
• Achieve sales targets and increase market share in a highly competitive market by developing effective sales strategies and plans.
• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with existing customers, improve customer satisfaction and increase customer loyalty.
• Ensure timely response to customer needs and problems, and provide professional solutions to meet customer expectations and needs.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, understand market dynamics and trends, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
• Based on market feedback and data analysis, adjust and optimise sales strategy to improve sales efficiency and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales
• 6+ years' of sales experience
• Good network within the Energy Storage industry
• Sold track record of projects within Germany / DACH region
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Must have experience within the new energy storage industry
• Willingness to do frequent business trips
